Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these were delivered simultaneously;

on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this by email: support@aestheticmove.com. You can use the enclosed withdrawal form for this purpose.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we:

have received the returned goods or
-
you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that have been manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

for the supply of goods that are liable to spoil rapidly or have a limited shelf life;

For the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

For the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken after delivery;

For the supply of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

For the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal is broken after delivery.

The return address on our packages is not our return address. You can request our return address by email. If you wish to cancel the contract, please complete the form below and email it to us.
