What is the delivery time?

Delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing Time

Within 1-3 business days of placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery Time

United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.

All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click "Track your order" in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple shipments.

My tracking number isn't working

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not provide any information after a few days, please contact customer service.
