Delivery time and Stock

Whether an item is directly available from stock or whether there is a delivery time on a product, you can see in 2 moments during shopping process:


Product page / description

First, you can see for most articles on the detail page of the article whether the article is in stock or if no stock is a delivery time.


In the shopping cart

In addition, you can find the delivery time during shopping by viewing your shopping cart.


In the unlikely event of a situation that the manufacturer or warehouse unexpectedly fails

In stock, we (our customer service) will let you know as soon as possible.


And 2 moments after you placed the order:


Confirmation email

In the order confirmation, if not in stock, a delivery time is stated (excluding packages, this is not stated)


My Account / order

If you log in to your account, you can find the delivery time per item with your order. Your order must then have the status "being processed".


If you have ordered items that are not immediately available at the time of ordering, you will receive them as much as possible in one shipment. If you would like to receive parts of your order that were previously available separately, please let us know by e-mail or telephone. We are happy to serve you.


Delivery charge / Shipping Costs

Many of our products are including Shipping Cost. If not, then it will be stated in your shopping basket, and this is also indicated with the product. Do you want to know which rate applies to your product? The shipping costs are stated for each product. 


Delivery times

Delivery times may vary per product, partly because some of our products are shipped directly from the factory, so it may be that a certain product is produced abroad. However, we do our utmost to serve you as soon as possible. However, shipments from abroad can be delivered with a delay.


After placing and paying for your order, your order will be prepared as soon as possible. As soon as it is sent you will receive a "track & trace code" by email with which you can track your shipment.


Packages < 30 kg

90% of the deliveries are delivered within 7 to 14 days after receipt of payment. The remaining 10% is delivered in 15 to 30 days. Delivery from Monday to Saturday. Please note the delivery time, this is always stated with the product.


If you are not at home

If you are not at home, Our Logistic provider offers the package one more time or delivers it to your neighbors. If the address given turns out to be incorrect, you will receive an e-mail asking you to check the address and change where necessary. If the package is not collected at the given address point within 7 days, it will be returned.
